we want you
Calling all women who want to push their limits.
Ever thought about running the Marathon, tackling Kilimanjaro or training for a white collar boxing match? But just don’t think you’ve got it in you? I.AM.WOMAN will get you there through it’s ‘Movement for Resilience’ program. The platform empowers women to think beyond their perceived physical and mental limits to tackle a challenge you may have previously not thought possible. The idea is to work on your physical strength and boost your confidence at the same time so both will emerge simultaneously in the form of completing a challenge of your choosing – no matter how big or small it may seem to anyone else. I.AM.WOMAN builds confidence through a three-month course that can be done face-to-face or online. Want a quicker fix? Then opt for one of the 1-hour sessions, these include the ‘Confidence Booster’ designed to prep you for an event, activity or talk that you need a dose of encouragement for or the ‘Prepare for Exercise’ session that gives you the motivation to start training again after a break or equally if you’re a first-timer to a training plan. Or book in a one-hour taster to the full ‘Movement for Resilience’ course.
This is a community created for women to undertake physical and mental endurance activities to increase their wellbeing and find new strengths they didn't even know they had.
This is not a boot camp, retreat or detox weekend. This is a wake-up call to start living your life to your rules, your purpose and your values.
Our formula is very simple:
We are not interested in how many burpees you can do or your IQ, this is for all self-identifying women who want to push themselves into new found growth.
All we need from you is a commitment, accountability and action. We will do the rest.
Mental resilience is what gets us through the hardest times in life. We want you to be present and in the moment when you join. In the process, you will learn more about yourself than you ever have. You will identify your fears and face up to them.
We are all equal. No one is better than the other. as part of this community, we encourage positive competition but above all give to your fellow sister. We are here to empower each other. Together we are stronger.
